Develop visual design and layout of product artwork and photography for various department landing pages and email campaigns. Collaborating with copy writers, producers and business partners to analyze and execute assigned projects. Concept designs for seasonal, on-site assets and email design to enhance online customer engagement. Partnering with creative team members to execute end to end production operations.
Homepage 2023-2025
Objective
Creating high-level design concepts for Walmart’s homepage that covers multiple categories of business, to be adapted through all online channels. Working independently and in collaboration with Producers, Copywriters, Art Directors, e-com Designers and Creative Directors to ensure consistency in quality of work. Maintaining brand standards on the website by carrying through design concepts on new assets, support updates, maintenance and design of supporting assets including large seasonal campaigns.
Toys December 2022 Rollback Event
Objective
Utilizing Walmart’s holiday visual ID, this landing page is comprised of an assortment of popular items at competitive prices. The goal was to conceptualize the story of gifting at great deals. Using a combination of red and sparkling backdrops set the tone for holiday shopping. Consistency in bold price call outs was an important call to action to drive engagement.
Brand Pages
Brand Pages are custom client landing pages within the Walmart site. This space allows brands to promote specific campaigns or to highlight products that Walmart sells. Essentially it is a hub for shoppers to discover and purchase from a brands product assortment. It is my role to include and showcase the brands identity such as logos, branded imagery, colorway and product assortment while also complying with Walmart on-site guidelines for the best user experience.
Communities - Black & Unlimited
Walmart is committed to celebrating their Black associates, entrepreneurs, and African American communities across the US. From makeup and fashion to food and beyond, browse a wide assortment of products from Black-owned businesses and items that celebrate Black culture.
This landing page showcases of a variety of products and is critical to conceptualize and select modules that best embodies each section of the page. Working with marketing stakeholders and copy writers enabled me to brainstorm the best layout. By having a good mix of lifestyle and product imagery, I was able to enhance the page by using our grid system to distribute items accordingly.
